Your total cost per order is higher than the selling price, so you'll lose money however you advertise. Adjust pricing, bundle products or cut costs before advertising.
* ROAS = sales from ads ÷ ad spend. This excludes fixed costs such as salaries and rent, so always set your ROAS target above break-even.
For businesses running ads to collect leads or get customers to message before closing: the most you can pay per lead

Work backwards from profit per deal and close rate to find the most you can pay per lead (CPL) and per customer (CPA) without losing money, and the level to stay within to hit your profit target.
Know your numbers before running ads, so you can set the right targets for your team or agency
A break-even ROAS calculator based on selling price, costs and fees. It shows the most you can spend on ads per order, the ROAS needed to hit your profit target, and whether your current campaign is really profitable.
Understanding this number correctly keeps you from losing money without realizing it
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) is the sales you get per 1 THB of ad spend. For example, spending 10,000 THB on ads and getting 40,000 THB in sales means ROAS = 4x.
There's no single number for every business. For high-margin products, 2x ROAS is already profitable, but low-margin products may need 5x or more. Calculate your own break-even before setting a target.
ROAS only compares sales with ad spend, while ROI looks at real profit after all costs. A high ROAS doesn't always mean profit if product costs are high.
Increase order value (bundles, free shipping over a threshold), improve creative so more people click and buy, retarget people who showed interest, and bring past customers back via LINE or email, which costs less than acquiring new ones.
Use them together to cover every part of your marketing plan
